Privacy Policy

OneGaman ("we", "us", or "our") is a pre-launch travel-intelligence project being built by Pushpander Singh Tanwar, an individual operating from Delhi, India. As of the effective date of this policy, OneGaman is not yet incorporated as a company. References in this document to "OneGaman" or "we" refer to the individual founder operating this project until incorporation is complete.

This Privacy Policy applies to the OneGaman pre-launch website (currently hosting waitlist registrations and brand information). It does not yet apply to the OneGaman mobile application, which has not launched. A separate privacy policy will govern the mobile application when it launches, and you will be notified.

This policy applies to information collected from visitors to onegaman.com (and any related domains such as onegaman.in) who sign up to our waitlist or contact us.

It does not cover: third-party websites we link to; the OneGaman mobile app once it launches (separate policy); social media platforms (Instagram, etc.) where we have a presence — those are governed by the respective platform's privacy policy.

Right now, we collect only your email address when you sign up for our waitlist. We do not ask for your name, phone number, payment information, location, or any other personal information on this website.

We also receive limited technical information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address (for security and abuse prevention) and standard browser information (browser type, operating system, referring page). This is industry-standard server log data.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, behavioral tracking pixels, or any cross-site tracking technology. The website does not currently set marketing cookies.

We use your email address for one purpose only: to notify you when OneGaman launches and to send you occasional updates about the project (no more than once a month). You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.

Technical information (IP address, browser logs) is used solely for website security, abuse prevention, and basic diagnostic purposes.

We keep waitlist email addresses until the OneGaman mobile app publicly launches, plus 90 days after launch to allow time for activation notifications. After that period, if you have not signed up for the launched app, we delete your email address from our active records.

You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing contact@onegaman.com. We will delete your email within 7 days of receiving a valid request.

Server logs (IP addresses, browser data) are automatically deleted after 30 days.

We share your information with the following service providers, which process data on our behalf under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security:

• Web3Forms — processes waitlist form submissions on our behalf and stores them in a secure dashboard so we can contact you when the app launches.
• Vercel — hosts our website infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with any third party. We do not share your email with advertisers, marketers, data brokers, or any other entity outside of the service providers listed above. We do not use your information for any third-party advertising.

We may disclose information when required by law (such as in response to a valid court order or legal process), or to protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our users or the public.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), and other applicable Indian privacy laws, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Right to access — you can ask what personal information we hold about you.
• Right to correction — you can ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Right to erasure — you can ask us to delete your information.
• Right to withdraw consent — you can withdraw any consent you have given us.
• Right to grievance redressal — you can lodge a complaint with us, and if unsatisfied, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

• All connections to our website use HTTPS encryption.
• Form submission data is transmitted to our processor over encrypted channels.
• Access to our systems is restricted to the founder and any future authorized team members.
• We do not store passwords, payment information, or other sensitive data on this website.

Despite our best efforts, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India promptly in the event of any data breach affecting your personal information.

OneGaman is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected such information without consent, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us at contact@onegaman.com.

Our service providers (Web3Forms and Vercel) may process data on servers located outside India. By using our website, you consent to such cross-border transfers, which are conducted in accordance with applicable Indian law including the DPDP Act, 2023.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes that affect how we handle your information, we will notify you by email and post a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
